Psycho Social Support

We started with psycho social support in schools for students, teachers and non-teaching staff in Mmadinare, Botswana.

With the support of psychological sessions students  were able to receive tips and advice on how to manage stress. Other topics were also addressed such as reducing pressure, stimulating positive thinking and relaxation in order to help the students continue with their exams. Effective Study Skills and innovative ways to study were discussed intensively.
